Last updated: [June 2026]
Welcome to Jellybops. These Terms and Conditions apply when you use our website, browse our products, place an order, or contact us through our website.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. These terms
These terms apply to all orders placed through our website. They should be read alongside our:
-
Privacy Policy
-
Cookie Policy
-
Returns Policy
-
Delivery information
-
Product descriptions and personalisation instructions shown on individual product pages
If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a specific product page, the product page will apply where it gives more specific information about that item.
3. Products and personalisation
Many of our products are personalised or made to order. This may include names, dates, wording, photographs, images, colours, item choices, animal choices, clothing sizes, design choices or other details supplied by you.
Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order. We will usually make your item using the wording and details you provide.
We may make small layout adjustments where needed, for example to improve spacing, readability, design balance or print quality. This may include adjusting line breaks, sizing, placement or capitalisation. For example, if a surname or wording is long, we may place wording across more than one line so that the design remains clear and readable.
Unless a product page says otherwise, we will usually capitalise the first letter of names or surnames where appropriate.
4. Customer-supplied photos, images and wording
If you upload or send us a photo, image, logo, artwork, phrase or other content for personalisation, you confirm that:
-
you own the content, or
-
you have permission from the copyright owner or rights holder to use it, and
-
we are allowed to reproduce it on the item you have ordered.
You must not send us any image, wording or content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trade mark, design right, privacy rights or other legal rights.
We may refuse to print content that we reasonably believe may be unlawful, offensive, abusive, discriminatory, explicit, harmful, or likely to infringe someone else’s rights.
You are responsible for any content you provide to us. If a third party makes a claim against us because of content supplied by you, you agree to be responsible for any reasonable losses, costs or expenses we suffer as a result, except where the issue was caused by our own mistake.
5. Product images and colours
We do our best to show our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, device, photography, fabric batch or print process.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Handmade and personalised products may have small natural variations. These variations do not usually mean the item is faulty.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order, plus any delivery charges shown before you complete payment.
Payment must be made at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
7. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods in your basket.
We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. A contract is formed when we accept your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order if:
-
the item is unavailable
-
there is an obvious pricing or product information error
-
payment has not been authorised
-
the personalisation details are incomplete or unclear
-
the order contains content we cannot print
-
we reasonably believe the order may breach these terms or the law
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you.
8. Checking your order details
You are responsible for checking that all order details are correct before submitting your order, including:
-
names
-
dates
-
spelling
-
wording
-
sizes
-
colours
-
item choices
-
delivery address
-
email address
-
uploaded images or photographs
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
9. Proofs and previews
Where we provide a proof, preview or mock-up, it is your responsibility to check it carefully.
If you approve a proof or preview, we will usually produce the item based on that approved version. We are not responsible for errors that were visible in a proof or preview approved by you, unless the final item is materially different from the approved version because of our mistake.
10. Dispatch and delivery
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown on our website or during checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within the timescales shown, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed delivery service with you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, incorrect delivery details, severe weather, strikes, events outside our control, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an order is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected from the carrier, we may ask you to pay the cost of redelivery.
Unless we agree otherwise, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order being accepted.
11. Risk and ownership
The item becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment and the goods have been dispatched.
12. Cancelling or changing an order
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
For non-personalised items, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, as explained in our returns section below.
For personalised, custom-made or made-to-order items, the normal change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply once the item has been made or production has started. This is because the item is made to your specification or clearly personalised.
We may still allow a cancellation or change before production has started, but this is at our discretion and will depend on the stage of the order.
Your legal rights are not affected if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect because of our mistake.
13. Returns for non-personalised items
For non-personalised items bought online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Returned items should be unused, clean, in a resaleable condition and returned with any original packaging where possible.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect because of our mistake.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process any refund due within 14 days. We will refund the standard delivery cost where required by law, but not any extra amount paid for upgraded or express delivery.
14. Personalised and custom-made items
Personalised, custom-made and made-to-order items cannot usually be returned or refunded if you simply change your mind.
This includes items personalised with names, dates, wording, photographs, images, colours, designs, item choices or other details requested by you.
However, this does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect because of our mistake.
15. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
We may ask you to provide photographs of the item, packaging and any damage so we can understand the issue and resolve it quickly.
Where the issue is our responsibility, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.
We do not normally treat an item as faulty where the issue has been caused by:
-
incorrect personalisation details supplied by you
-
normal wear and tear
-
misuse or accidental damage
-
failure to follow care instructions
-
ironing directly over printed areas where care instructions say not to do so
-
washing, drying or handling the item in a way that is unsuitable for the product
-
small variations that are normal for handmade, personalised or printed items
-
16. Care instructions
Please follow the care instructions supplied with your item or shown on the product page.
For printed clothing and personalised textile items, care instructions may include washing inside out, washing at a suitable temperature, avoiding tumble drying, and not ironing directly over printed areas.
For plush toys and keepsakes, please follow the manufacturer’s care instructions. Some items may be hand wash only.
Failure to follow care instructions may affect the lifespan of the product and may limit the remedies available where damage is caused by incorrect care.
17. Baby and children’s products
Please check all product descriptions, labels, packaging and warnings before use.
All baby and children’s products should be used appropriately and under adult supervision where necessary.
Remove all packaging before giving an item to a child.
Do not use an item if it becomes damaged, torn, loose, unsafe or unsuitable for continued use.
Where a product has age guidance, safety guidance or manufacturer instructions, these should be followed.
18. Website use
You agree not to misuse our website. You must not:
-
use the website for unlawful purposes
-
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or systems
-

-

-
use the website in a way that may damage our business, reputation or customers

21. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your legal rights as a consumer.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us failing to comply with these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses where you are buying as a consumer for personal use.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
22. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include postal delays, courier disruption, severe weather, strikes, illness, supplier delays, technical failures, internet outages, power failure, fire, flood, or other unexpected events.
If this happens, we will contact you where possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay.
23. Complaints and customer service
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
Email: info@jellybops.co.uk
Please include your order number, name, contact details, and a clear description of the issue. Photographs may help us resolve the matter more quickly.
We aim to deal with complaints fairly and promptly.
24. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The terms that apply to your order will be the terms in force at the time you placed your order.
25. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you live in another part of the UK, you may also have rights under the laws that apply where you live.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
