Express delivery is also available at checkout.

We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 1 pm, Monday to Friday, will begin processing the same working day.

As many Jellybops products are personalised especially for you, personalised orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed after 1 pm, or during weekends and bank holidays, will begin processing on the next working day.

We send our UK orders using Royal Mail.

Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Please allow approximately 3–5 working days from placing your order to receiving it.

If you need your order sooner, please choose Express Delivery at checkout where available.

We’ll send you an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Tracking or delivery confirmation details will also be included where available.

At present, we deliver physical products within the UK only.

We’re looking to expand our delivery options in the future.
